The Mid-Region Council of Governments seeks a professional to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support the WCCNM under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
Responsibilities
The Program Manager will provide management, technical and operational support to the WCCNM in coordinating efforts of MRCOG as supporting function of the Administrative Entity, Fiscal Agent and Operations to the Workforce Connection of Central New Mexico (WCCNM) Board of Directors and the Chief Elected Officers under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. Program Managers will assist in overseeing projects, programs and initiatives prescribed by the WCCNM.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required plus 2 to 4 years’ experience in service-related programs, including one year in an administrative capacity. Must be able to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends to attend a variety of events. Must have access to a reliable form of transportation to attend offsite meetings, as needed.
