The Workforce Connection of Central New Mexico Board consists of members appointed by the Chief Elected Officials. The Board promotes private sector involvement in the Business and Career Centers, in order to assist employers in meeting their hiring needs. The Board is responsible for planning, selecting one-stop operators, program monitoring and oversight, performance measures, choosing service providers, and for overseeing and approving the annual budget.
